Registration

We do everything we can to subsidize the cost of the conference and make it as accessible as possible. Even so, we can only offer small quantities of discounted tickets for those with limited funds. Please buy your ticket at the price you can afford — and know your purchase is part of the Bioneers community traditions of diversity and inclusivity.

• Pay-It-Forward: You are part of a for-profit company or foundation that has a budget for conferences or professional development, or are an individual with the means to purchase a ticket at this price. This is closer to the actual cost per person for producing the conference.
• Individual: You are buying your tickets without employer funding, or have a more modest personal budget.
• Students, Teachers and Limited-Income Seniors: Bioneers offers a small number of special-rate tickets to students, educators and seniors with limited incomes until September 30th, 2016 (or until they’re sold out).
• Family Tandem: You are 2 adults who would like to share a ticket to attend the Bioneers conference and trade off attending the free Family Fair with your kids.

All-Day Keynote Passes
Access to all conference events (unless otherwise noted). Available online throughout the conference and for walk-up purchases at check-in.

3-day Pass
• Pay-It-Forward – $795
• Individual Early Bird – $395 ($420 after September 1; $475 after October 1)

1-day Pass
• Pay-It-Forward – $275
• Individual Early Bird – $145 ($175 after September 1; $200 after October 1)

Family Tandem: Click here to purchase tandem 3-day or 1-day tickets – good for two adults who would like to switch off attending keynotes and/or workshop sessions.

Afternoon passes will be available for $75 at the Registration Booth on site each day of the conference starting at 1:30pm. You’ll get access to all afternoon and evening sessions (unless otherwise noted). Keynotes are not included.

Refund Policy

• Donations and meals are not refundable at any time.
• Cancellations received by September 1st will be refunded at 50% of the price.
• After September 1st, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
• Bioneers reserves the right to refuse service.
• The above policies apply to both the conference and pre- and post­ conference intensives
